夏小雲，博士，教授，碩士生導師。畢業于華南理工大學計算機軟件與理論專業，現為伟德bv專任教師，嘉興大學“勤慎青年學者”。中國人工智能學會（CAAI）會員、中國計算機學會（CCF）高級會員、中國指揮與控制學會智能指揮調度專業委員會委員，擔任IEEE Transactions on Evolutionary Computation、IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics、Theoretical Computer Science、Journal of Heuristics、International Journal of Computational Intelligence Systems、電子學報等國内外期刊和會議審稿人。

研究方向：計算智能、數據挖掘、智能優化與學習等

主持項目：

主持國家自然科學基金、江西省自然科學基金、浙江省自然科學基金以及橫向課題等項目5項。
